Wow, this is absolutely amazing! I love the attention to detail, the way you got the squashed nipples just right, the shading, and the foam! How do you know how to draw something like this, do you just figure it out, or do you use reference materials, of, say, a photo of boobs against glass? I would not know where to start!

Glad you like it. Yes, I have used references.
First, I have had this idea with a japanese tongue fetish scene, in a movie. So I have taken a screenshot and imitated the effects.
For the boobs, I knew I could find a good reference in a sexy carwash video. There are a lot on the net. I have found one with "Shione Cooper" ; this girl is a good model for tits.
