Witcher3 fanart: steps

I post the mains steps of my technique. You will see I use articulated figures to help me to find poses. I'm not confident in my skills so it reassures me. The steps are:
-Find poses and composition.
-Sketch.
-Do the background with the atmosphere so I will know which colors to use for the characters.
-Flat colors for the characters.
-Sharp shadows.
-Subtle lightnings... barely visible.
-Sharp lights.
-Light to fit the environment
-Merge the layers and work the details.
